Policies
The Penny Farthing Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made, is both important and special. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call at least 7 days (14 days for holidays) prior to your arrival.
In the unlikely event that you may cancel within 7 days (14 days for holidays) a full night's stay will be charged. If notice of cancellation is less than 4 days then you will be responsible for the entire stay.
A credit card deposit equal to a full nights stay, including any ticket or attractions requested, is required for your reservations. Reservations can be made by phone (904.824.2100) between 11am and 6pm.

Please contact the inn directly for any same day reservations.
All rooms are double occupancy. A $35 charge will be assessed for each additional guest. The Penny's Attic can accomodate an extra person (3 person max).
No-shows and early departures will be charged the full reservation.
Written cancellations will NOT be accepted.
If you need to cancel for any reason you have to call us during business hours.
We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex cards.
Pets:
Sorry we do not accept any pets at our Inn (with the exception of service animals).
Children:
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate children less than 12 years of age.
Check-In:
3pm- Check Out: 11am
Normal check in is 3pm- 6pm. Special arrangements are required for late arrivals. Please call for details. Late arrivals without notification will result in a $15.00 per hour wait up fee.
Smoking:
The Penny Farthing Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is allowed in the driveway but not on the patios or balconies Evidence of smoking in the rooms will result in a charge of $200.00 to fumigate the room.
Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
